Labombe by Trivet

La Bombe is the more relaxed sibling to Trivet, bringing Jonny Lake and Isa Bal’s world of food and wine to the former Met Bar space in Mayfair. The name comes from an imaginary restaurant Jonny created for a French school project. Thirty years later, that idea has become reality. Following a successful residency at Trivet, La Bombe now has a permanent home, pairing exceptional wines with generous, precise ,”elevated” bistro cooking.
