"Palais Beit Al Noor opened in late 2025 in the peaceful Zaouia El Abbassia district and offers an honest glimpse into what it takes to transform an 18th-century home into a palace, or, more fittingly, а riad. Franco-Lebanese owners Joëlle and Nicolas Delsuc spent two years restoring the residence with local craftsmen, recovering techniques such as gebs plaster, hand-cut zellige and ceilings painted using the art of zouak, that mark the history of the city. It's an intimate escape, with twelve rooms, three patios and a restaurant reserved for residents only."
