Review

Located in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, Geoélia is the first restaurant from chef Camille Saint-M’leux, opened at the end of last year. Previously at Villa9Trois, he returns here to his Breton roots, with a cuisine shaped by the sea.

The room is minimal, elegant and the wine list is serious, with a thoughtful selection of bottles from the Jura to Japan. In the kitchen, iodine and sea flavours lead the way. The dishes are layered with flavour, each element precise without feeling heavy. A confident opening, and an address already finding its place in Paris.

Closed Saturday & Sunday
