Renowned for its mastery of anchovies, marinated in a method perfected over decades, Txepetxa is a temple of pintxos featuring anchovies and is a perfect place to start a pintxos crawl in San Sebastián. The anchovy pintxos vary from “jardinera” with peppers and onions, to foie gras with apple compote, to sea urchin roe, and many more.
