Trattoria Dai Mugnai

Housed in one of Monteveglio’s oldest buildings, once a mill dating back to the 16th century, Trattoria dai Mugnai is a traditional and typical Emilia-Romagna trattoria. Run by the fifth generation of the Parmeggiani family, it preserves the warmth and authenticity of the place where flour was once ground and is now used for fresh pasta like tagliatelle. The rustic interiors and veranda overlooking a small garden reflect the trattoria’s history, while its cooking carries forward the region’s timeless traditions.
