Review

Relatively newly opened, SENsation is a Cantonese bistro in Paris by Hong Kong–born chef Samuel Lee, former executive chef of the Michelin-starred Shang Palace at the Shangri-La. With more than 20 years of experience, Lee draws inspiration from the convivial spirit of Jiu Xi (traditional Chinese feasts) to revisit Cantonese classics with a lighter, contemporary touch. Seasonal produce, refined flavours, and a thoughtful wine and Champagne list make it a fresh addition to the Paris dining scene.
