Mountain Restaurant

This Basque-inspired restaurant in Soho, founded by the creators of Brat, has recently been awarded a Michelin star. While I’m not entirely convinced it deserves the star for this type of cooking, I found the food to be very well-executed, featuring high-quality ingredients and tasty flavours. The open kitchen, adjacent to the main dining room, adds to the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of the restaurant.
