Review

Mori Yoshida is one of the most acclaimed Japanese pastry shops in Paris, celebrated since its opening in 2013 for creations like the Mont Blanc and strawberry shortcake. Chef Morihide Yoshida, born in 1977 and trained at Nippon Kashi Senmon Gakko in Japan, refined his craft at Park Hyatt Tokyo and in Shizuoka before moving to Paris. Twice winner of Japan’s TV Champion pastry competition, he brings together Japanese precision and French tradition with remarkable finesse. His boutique remains a destination for those seeking pastries that are as elegant as they are delicious.
