Review

Perched above Menton, just steps from the Italian border, Mirazur’s 1930s rotunda offers a dining room flooded with light and views that stretch from sea to mountains. Holding three Michelin stars, it’s a place where Mauro Colagreco cooks with instinct rather than ego. Drawing from his Italian-Argentinian roots and the surrounding landscape, his dishes feel deeply connected to place—vivid, textured, and shaped by whatever is growing in his hillside gardens that day. It’s cooking that feels alive, shifting gently with the seasons and the moods of the Riviera.
