Located inside the elegant Hôtel San Régis in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, Les Confidences is set beneath a glass roof designed in the spirit of a winter garden. The light filled dining room, surrounded by greenery and soft sea green tones, creates an intimate and refined atmosphere for lunch or dinner.
The kitchen is led by chef Erwan Ledru, whose career includes time at Le Meurice and Le Rech. His cooking focuses on seasonal ingredients sourced directly from producers and prepared with precision. The menu presents light, elegant dishes rooted in French tradition, where clean flavours and carefully selected products remain at the centre of the plate.
