The atmosphere balances heritage with ease, inviting a relaxed journey through local gastronomy. Signature dishes include Zürcher-style sliced veal, grilled St. Gallen schüblig, and a moitié-moitié fondue of Vacherin and Gruyère, served with a traditional Valais platter.
