Perched on the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte Carlo , Le Grill opens into sweeping views over the Principality, stretching to the Italian coastline. A long standing Monaco institution, it celebrates the Côte d’Azur classics and the plentiful ingriends from local land and seas.
Under the direction of chef Dominique Leroy, the menu highlights seasonal ingredients through precise, sun filled cooking. Grilled meats and seafood take focus, alongside house signatures such as gamberi rossi and the fabulous soufflé with Grand Marnier. The wine list, sourced from the Hôtel de Paris cellars, is among the most remarkable in Monaco.
