Set in a restored finca in the village of San Lorenzo, La Paloma has been serving simple, produce-focused cooking since 2004. Surrounded by citrus trees and painted in soft blue and white tones, it has a relaxed, rural atmosphere that suits the island’s slower side.

Chef Prasuna Coppini draws on her Tuscan background and travels to create straightforward, flavour-driven dishes. The garden is especially pleasant in the evening, making it a popular spot for a casual dinner in a warm, welcoming setting.
