Originally opened on Askew Road in West London, Happy Sky Bakery has now expanded with a new Soho location, bringing its quietly cult breads to a wider audience. All baking is done by skilled Japanese bakers, without unnecessary preservatives, with doughs adjusted daily according to temperature and humidity—a detail that underlines the bakery’s seriousness and craft led approach.
