Headed by chef Rasmus Kofoed, Geranium is a three-Michelin-star restaurant on the eighth floor of Copenhagen’s national football stadium, offering panoramic views over the city. Kofoed—famously the only chef to win bronze, silver and gold at the Bocuse d’Or—builds his menus around Nordic nature, organic produce and precise, memory-driven compositions.
The tasting experience unfolds through a sequence of small, meticulously crafted dishes, many inspired by the forests and coastline of his childhood. Art and craft shape the atmosphere, with handmade Bornholm ceramics and custom installations throughout the space.
Geranium’s 3,700-reference wine programme, overseen by co-owner Søren Ledet, spans classic regions and small low-intervention producers, complemented by thoughtful non-alcoholic pairings. Together, these elements make Geranium one of the most singular and refined fine dining experiences in the world.
