Els Casals is a farmhouse restaurant where the cooking follows the rhythm of its own land. Most ingredients come directly from the family’s farm or neighbouring producers — vegetables, eggs, poultry, pork, dairy, mushrooms, truffles — which makes the menu entirely seasonal and rooted in the countryside.
The property also offers nine guest rooms in an 18th-century masia surrounded by fields and forest paths. The style is rustic and comfortable, reflecting the landscape that shapes the cuisine. Hospitality is at the heart of the house: warm, open, and centred on sharing the best of their farm and region.
