Disciples is the bistro of legendary Paris chef Jean‑Pierre Vigato, long associated with the iconic Apicius and one of the influential figures of modern Parisian gastronomy. Located on Boulevard Murat in the 16th arrondissement, the restaurant offers a more relaxed expression of his culinary vision.

The kitchen is led by chef Romain Dubuisson, who carries forward Vigato’s philosophy through elevated interpretations of classic French bistro cooking. The menu focuses on generous, product driven dishes rooted in tradition, prepared with precision and clarity of flavour.

A carefully curated wine list accompanies the cuisine, making Disciples a refined yet approachable address for contemporary bistro fare in western Paris.
