Located inside the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, CURA is a one-Michelin-star restaurant where chef Rodolfo Lavrador practises his idea of culinary “curatorship”: choosing seasonal Portuguese ingredients with the precision of an artist selecting colours. His tasting menu highlights purity, technique and the essence of each product.
Part of the experience is the setting itself, surrounded by one of the country’s notable private art collections. Just beside the restaurant stands “The Harvester”, a striking mid-20th-century mural that embodies the craftsmanship and cultural richness the hotel is known for.
The wine list celebrates Portugal from north to south, with bottles chosen to match CURA’s clean, ingredient-focused cooking. An elegant and thoughtful expression of contemporary Portuguese cuisine in an iconic Lisbon landmark.
