Review

Casa Urola, a historic gem founded in 1956 and located in the old part of San Sebastian, is a must-visit for its pintxos as well as its restaurant upstairs. Known as a place where Basque chefs used to frequent, such as the Basque New Cuisine father Juan Mari Arzak, Casa Urola is known for excellent seasonal Basque cooking under the guidance of Chef Pablo Loureiro Rodil, who has been the head chef since 2012.
