Run by the fifth generation of the same family, Casa Gerardo is one of Spain’s great ambassadors of authentic Asturian cuisine and holds one Michelin star. What began in 1882 as a modest roadside house has evolved, over more than a century, into a benchmark where tradition and contemporary technique meet naturally.

The restaurant is especially renowned for its Fabada, the region’s iconic bean stew made with fabes and select pork cuts. At Casa Gerardo, it reaches a depth and silkiness rarely matched — a dish truly worth travelling for.
