Can Balafia is an Ibiza institution, serving its signature fire-grilled meats for more than thirty years in the countryside of Sant Joan de Labritja. The setting is simple and welcoming, with a spacious terrace and indoor areas that fill with an easy, timeless atmosphere, especially in the evening when the grill is at full heat.
The menu is deliberately minimal: chicken, lamb and beef cooked over the fire, served with the restaurant’s hand-made aioli and a straightforward tomato salad. Everything is honest, comforting and rooted in the kind of simplicity that has earned Can Balafia a loyal following among locals and long-term visitors.
