Bistrot André is the second, more casual address by Anne-Sophie Pic, France’s only female chef with three Michelin stars, offering an approachable entry into the world of one of the country’s most influential culinary families.
Rooted in four generations of the Pic lineage, the bistrot serves classic French recipes shaped by memory, precision, and restraint. Comforting dishes are revisited with clarity, reflecting the family’s long tradition of hospitality along the Nationale 7, where André Pic once welcomed travellers with generous, restorative cooking.
Unpretentious and sincere, André is about honest flavours, generosity, and the enduring spirit of the French bistrot—quietly faithful to its name and heritage.
