Bellefeuille is the one-Michelin-star restaurant of Saint James Paris, housed within a grand hôtel particulier on the edge of the city. Part hotel, part private members’ club, the building retains a residential character that gives the restaurant a sense of ease rather than formality.
The kitchen is led by Grégory Garimbay, a young and talented chef whose cooking is grounded in product, balance, and restraint. His cuisine draws on classical French foundations while remaining quietly contemporary, with a strong emphasis on the integrity of ingredients and the expression of terroir. Plates are precise and thoughtful, built around carefully sourced produce, with technique serving flavour rather than display.
