Review

Prado celebrates Portugal’s produce “from land to sea”, working only with national, seasonal and fresh ingredients — if it isn’t in season, it isn’t on the menu. The wine list follows the same ethos, focused entirely on organic, biodynamic and natural producers.

The kitchen is led by António Galapito, who opened Prado in 2017 after several years in London, including working alongside Nuno Mendes. His cooking brings a clean, contemporary touch to Portuguese flavours, highlighting vegetables, seafood and small farms through simple compositions and precise technique.
