Restaurant Barr on Copenhagen’s waterfront offers a modern interpretation of the classic dishes of Northern Europe. The menu focuses on “Northern Sea Cuisine” — salted waffles, schnitzel, Danish meatballs and other regional staples — prepared with care and served in an informal, welcoming setting.
